On September 20, 2003, the Oshkosh Kennel Club hosted "Responsible Dog Owner" day. A number of groups were on hand representing their breeds. In addition, a vet clinic was available to do micro-chipping and tattooing. AKC hosted "Canine Good Citizen" testing. The two pugs present that day both passed after enduring a series of feats they had to accomplish.
